Since 2012 Versalis began an important organizational transformation that led to the creation of Product Business Units market-oriented. In order to facilitate the significant organizational change, an initiative of Executive Coaching has been launched aimed at supporting the Business Units Managers and other top managers. In 2013 the Executive Coaching's objective has been to support the Versalis top management in the development of the leader role in the respective function / business unit, having in mind an integrated strategy to promote the growth of the company as a whole.
